Communication is a very important skill in being a leader. In the birhtday line up you can't talk. So it was difficult, but we got through it! -ashley houchin

Communication is one of the most important keys in being a leader. If you do not have good communications skills, your leading will not go smoothly. during the activity, we used hand signals to communicate with each other.
I think the communication is very well after the Birthday Line-up. It helped us learn more about people and to communicate without evr talking. Having good communication skills helps you in getting good jogbs and helping you in your future.
