Organization is the Key.

What did the calendar activity show you about prioritization and leadership?

We learned how to organize a schedule and that schedules sometimes change and you have to move some things around.

What I learned in the organization was that i wasnt organized at all and i need to be more organized and it was fun but difficult

That you will have to stay organized to get everything done in one week. You have to be able to be flexable and change your schedule even though you have it perfect.

Before the calendar, I thought I was a pretty good organizer. But since we did the activity i have learned that i have poor organization skills, and need to work on mine.

If you are not organized, then it will be very hard to be a leader. Organization is the key. A good leader would keep all of his/hers agendas in order, all of their to-do lists in order, and their weekly agenda in order. The calendar activity help prioritize your agendas for the week.

While doing the organization activity, I found out that has you get older, your schedule gets really packed and you have to learn how to organize your schedule. I learned that my schedule needs to be more organized.-michelle hall
