Me as a leader, could compromise with each other and settle those differences. A could leader could always come up with a good compromise that would help those people get along. If you can settle any differences then your a good leader.
When we did the "what do we have in common?" activity, i learned some differences and simularities between my partner & I. And if your gonna be a leader, your going to have to work with people that are different and that have different beliefs. -ashley houchin
We can help each other and find out what we have in common. Then we can also use our differences to help each others in learning new things. If each other had the same personallity their would be no such thing as a leader so that is why have different personallities and like different things.
If you know the weaknesses and the strengths of your group members you can put them in places that they would do better in than the places that they wouldn't do so well in.-michelle hall

We learned what we had in common with eachother and what we didn't. And we learned we're not always going t o get along with everyone.
