In the "cup stack" we had to work together has a team. We had a rubber-band with strings on it! Our team came together and worked really good together.In this ativity there wasn't one leader, but we were all leaders working together! -ashley houchin
If you don't listen to each other you will not succeed. You will also never get anywhere just argueing with each other. Work together and be a team. Karissa
It was important in this activity to work together as a team. If we didnt then we would be all over the place trying to figure out what to do and there would be so many problems to do things
You could not do this activity with only one person, or even two. You had to work together as a team to complete this activitiy. Being a good leader is you have to be part of team work. Team work is very vital in being a good leader for others.
During this activity, I learned that it is important to have good communication skills and to listen to the opinions of others so you can get through the task faster and easier.-michelle hall
